Cube boneless chicken marinate with yoghurt, cheese and cjob garlic, ginger and coriander root and fenugreek.

Harabhara Kebab
This spicy delicious snack is deep fried made with spinach and potatoes flavoured with spice mix.

Kati Roll
A skewer-roasted kebab (veg / chicken / lamb) wrapped in a paratha bread.

Malai Tikka
Malai chicken tikka is a mouth watering juicy grilled chicken recipe, with chicken pieces marinated in chillies, garlic, lemon, spices and cream
