The inaugural  Beach n Bites Dinner is held on the Hibiscus Coast Highway in a unique and spectacular setting.

Seating 400+ people at one long table, this event showcases the diverse and growing hospitality sector in Orewa.

Get your group together and come on down for ‘al fresco dining at its best!!’

The event will be held on the closed Hibiscus Coast Highway between Florence Ave and Moana Ave.

The concept is simple – have a read through the menus  and book a ticket for dinner from one of Orewa’s excellent eateries. Then simply turn up between 6pm and 6.30pm  on Saturday 9th March

Ticket price is $88.90 per person

Tapa’s on arrival, main course and dessert from your choice of 10 Orewa restaurants.  Live music, first class ambience + location (cash bar)

The Beach n Bites Orewa  holds a Special Licence for the Sale and Supply of Alcohol. There is no BYO permitted at this event .

 

 

Conditions

This event is for 18 years or older only

No BYO food or alcohol is permitted

Restaurants are allocated a block area for service – members of a group must dine from the same establishment

All diners must book online. No walk ups are able to be accommodated

Any diners acting in an anti social, threatening or drunken manner will be asked to leave the event space

All diners MUST remain within the licenced area – a 24/7 liquor ban applies outside this area

By purchasing a ticket you are agreeing to these conditions

Programme

Arrive between 6pm and 6.30pm
Meet and mingle with tapas served from all restaurants
7.30pm  main course served
8.30pm  dessert served
Dancing and music til 11pm

 

Shoreward will be operating pop up bars,  selling wine and beer and non-alcoholic beverages.  There will be plenty of free water available.  On entering the event you will be given a paper bracelet and this will enable you to purchase alcohol.  No bracelet, no service.

Please note menus may include foods which contain allergens (ie nuts, seeds, gluten, eggs, soy etc).

Please select a menu which best suits any dietary restrictions.
